BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Due to the large volume of posters we process at the end of the semester (typically over 150), you must allow 3 business days for us to process and print your poster. If you're just now starting to put your poster together, and it's less than 3 days before your presentation, you must seek an alternate vendor for printing - no exceptions. Remember the golden rule: Procrastination on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on ours!
If you're reading this, you've probably been directed here by your instructor because they've assigned you to create a poster for presentation. The purpose of this guide is to explain the process of poster creation as simply as possible.
Like many of you, I don't particularly like to read through pages and pages of directions in order to learn how to do something. That's why I decided to keep this guide to (4) simple steps. Simply read each section completely and by the end of step 4, you'll be ready to design and print your poster.
