Requests for video duplication

Requests for video transfers to DVD:
(PLEASE NOTE: If the tape you have is anything other than a VHS or miniDV, you would need to bring in the camera you recorded the tape with. This includes Hi8, miniVHS & 8mm).

STEP #1:
On a large mailing envelope, clearly write your...

• Full Name
• Daytime Phone
• Email address
• Timecode markers*

*Timecode markers are where you would like us to start and stop their recording. If the recording you've made is the only thing on the tape, then we'll simply capture all the footage to a DVD without specifically referencing a timecode.

STEP #2:
Within the envelope, place...

• Your miniDV tape
• A blank DVD-R disc. This is also referred to as a DVD "minus" R (not to be confused with a DVD-RW, DVD+R or DVD+RW...none of which we use with our equipment)
• If you would like more than (1) copy, you need to bring additional DVD-R discs.

STEP #3:
Drop off the envelope to our office in BT1372 - Monday thru Friday (9am-5pm). No appointments will be necessary.

STEP #4:
We will then process your request within 72 hours and call or email you to pick them up.
