eReserves Now In Blackboard

In order to best meet the needs of students and faculty, electronic reserves are now being added into the Blackboard course for the class. This will allow for vital information to be accessible at the point of need by the students, and managed by the instructor.

Library Staff will provide faculty services to scan the documents and put them into Blackboard. Once the items are in Blackboard, library staff will make the course available to your students.

To find the documents in your Blackboard course:

• Login to Blackboard
• Username: Your CSUCI Computer login.
  • For students it will look like jane.doe123
  • For faculty it will look like jane.doe
• Password:
  • your 9 digit campus ID number
• Locate the course
  • The left navigation bar in each course will contain a new link called "eReserves"
  • If your instructor has requested electronic reserve material to be added, it will be available there.
