Interlibrary Lending Policy

The collection of the California State University Channel Islands Library is available for loan through accepted request channels.

California State University Channel Islands Interlibrary Services have incorporated the procedures and guidelines of the American Library Association Interlibrary Loan Code and the California State University and Colleges State System Guidelines.

All requests must comply with the policies of CSUCI and within the provisions of the National Interlibrary Loan Code of the American Library Association, including compliance with copyright restrictions.

	Renewals:	One three-week renewal.
	Charges:	Free to California State Universities , reciprocals, and all free lenders.
	Non-circulating:	Reference, Juvenile, Popular Fiction, E-Books, Reserve Items
	Delivery Methods:	USPS, Tricor, UPS, FedEx
Copies	Charges:	Free
	Delivery Methods:	Preferred delivery method is email, Ariel or Odyssey.Will fax or send paper copies via USPS if necessary.
