Jean Harris Environmental Collection

The core of the collection focuses on the papers of local environmental activist, Jean Harris, who was instrumental in the development of Ormond Beach Wetlands and Oxnard Beach Park. Other donations from local activists, cities, and scholars have been added and the collection currently includes materials that touch on a variety of local environmental, educational, health, and social issues. The collection contains papers, poetry, correspondence, interviews, meeting minutes, clippings, reports, photos, recognitions, and memorabilia.
